How to buy?

We make and sell our pieces in very small batches called Shop Updates. If you don't see any available products right now, it's because everything has already sold out. Don't worry there will be another Shop Update coming soon!

If you manage to purchase an item before it is officially available to buy (see banner with time above) your order will be cancelled. We have experienced this, and it is not fair to our other customers. Thank you for understanding while we look into how this was possible on our website.

 About us

We are a couple based in West Cork, Ireland where together we make Enchantlings! Everything we sell is made by us. 

How are Enchantlings Made?

We design and sculpt our characters in Nomad Sculpt, add supports using Pikaslice, and 3D print them using a durable Soy-based resin.

If the Enchantling requires magnets, we insert them and cover with resin. After sanding, we paint with an airbrush, and by hand, using acrylics. Finally, we brush on a top coat using a clear, durable UV resin. Apart from the occasional use of commercially made eyes, everything is designed and made by us.

Creating an Enchantling is a meticulous and time-consuming labour of love. As no two are exactly alike, there may sometimes be very tiny imperfections. Thank you for understanding!

How much do your pieces cost?

Each piece varies in price, depending on size and level of painting detail, magnets used and number of components. Here's a very rough estimate of prices for each figurine size:

Non magnetic Standard figurine €35 - €65 EU

Magnetic Jumbo Figurine Sets €80 - €190 EU

Shipping:

We are based in Ireland and can ship to most countries. 

We deliver to a range of international destinations including the USA, 21 countries across Europe as well as Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore and the UK, to name a few! If you would like to confirm whether we can ship to you country please contact us and we can check for you. 

We ship all orders within 2 weeks, after the restock. Orders are sent through a shipping fulfillment center we use with An Post (the Irish postal service) and can arrive within 2-4 weeks of posting.

Many orders are much faster than this, but please keep in mind that international shipping is sometimes prone to delays.

International shipping costs start at 12 Euro depending on your country. All shipping includes tracking.

We can no longer combine shipping on multiple orders that were paid for individually (retrospectively). You must add multiple orders to your cart before checkout for combined shipping. 

Can I order a customized piece from you?
We are not accepting custom orders at the moment, sorry!

Can I copy your work?

Please do not sell reproductions of our work, or pieces heavily inspired by our designs. If you make something inspired by The Enchantlings just for yourself, and share it on social media please credit us as your inspiration. Thanks!
